This quarter we concentrated on markets where coverage was thin — local delivery providers across the Middle East, Latin America and Southeast Asia. With those additions, TrackingEasy now aggregates more than 1,000 carriers.
Where coverage expanded
- Middle East last-mile and cash-on-delivery carriers
- Postal and commercial express across major Latin American markets
- Southeast Asian local last-mile providers
- Several regional parcel networks in Europe
For cross-border sellers, that means orders into emerging markets no longer send buyers off to a carrier's own website.
Custom exception rules
Beyond the built-in alerts for stalled shipments, customs holds and failed deliveries, you can now define your own conditions, such as:
- No pickup scan on a given lane after N days
- Shipments to a specific destination held in customs beyond a threshold
- An unusual rise in failed-delivery rate for a carrier within a time window
Matches can push to a webhook, an email or your support ticketing system, so problems surface before the buyer complains.
Better event translation
We rewrote the event normalization map, reducing cases where equivalent events from different carriers resolved to different statuses, and put the multilingual translations through another manual review pass.
