Core capabilities
Overseas Warehouse WMS
A capability matrix designed around real operational workflows.
Multi-warehouse, multi-client
Run many warehouses and many clients from one system. Inventory, operating rules, billing terms and data permissions stay isolated, and clients can log in to check stock and invoices themselves.
Receiving and smart putaway
Handle ASN forecasts, receipt confirmation, unpacking counts and QC. Locations are suggested by volume, turnover and temperature zone, with exceptions held separately.
Granular inventory control
Track batches, expiry dates, serial numbers and multi-state stock (available / locked / damaged / pending return) down to the bin, with cycle counting that never stops the floor.
Wave picking and verification
Waves generate automatically from order structure, supporting single, batch and cluster picking with optimized routes. PDA scan verification prevents mis-picks and missed items.
D2C fulfillment and B2B transfers
Run direct-to-consumer fulfillment alongside pallet-level B2B transfers, FBA prep and forwarding — with per-client operating strategies.
Returns and relabeling
A closed loop from return receipt and QC decision to restocking, relabeling or disposal, with a full audit trail on every returned unit.
Automated billing engine
Storage, handling, value-added services and packaging materials are all priced by rule, with tiered rates and minimum charges. Client invoices generate with one click at month end.
Reporting and dashboards
Live visibility into throughput, inventory turns, slow-moving stock alerts and revenue per client, with custom dimensions available for export.
Where it fits
Where it fits
These are the scenarios where it pays off immediately.
Multi-client 3PL operations
One warehouse serving dozens of clients, each with different handling requirements, value-added services and billing logic — beyond what memory and spreadsheets can hold.
Brand-owned overseas warehouses
In-house warehouses that need standardized workflows so productivity no longer depends on a handful of experienced staff.
FBA prep and forwarding
Bulk containers arrive, then get split, labeled and replenished to FBA in waves matched to sales velocity — inventory has to stay accurate in real time.
Peak season surges
Order volume multiplies over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, demanding wave strategy and pick-path optimization to protect delivery times.
